All Star Pre-Owned Supercenter

I have went to this dealership on two occasions and both times I was checking several cars out. I couldn’t help but notice salesman watching me from inside the nice glass Air conditioned building. I looked at several cars and never at any point did one salesman come outside to greet or ask me for help. I have never been to a dealership where salesman sat there and watched me from inside the building not wanting to walk outside to assist. I’m absolutely sure that is not the training directed from the sales manager to not walk outside and greet customers. I refuse to walk inside and beg for help the salesman should be greeting customers and putting in the work since they don’t do a whole lot in buying process which is mainly done by the sales manager and finance person in the grand scheme of things. So not sure if I will ever go back to this dealership.

Do not waste your hard earned money here. They do not have accountability and will sell it if it rolls. Major coolant leak found once home. They took in and said they tightened screw and it was fixed. Left heat shield in bed of truck. Pictures show condition of leak when dropped back off. Radiator fluid level below minimum when picked up. Car sales Manager was shown condition of truck and walked away saying “ let us know if you need anything else. They do not care after you make the purchase and apparently do not inspect vehicles taken onto their lot to be sold. I Am stuck with cost of repairs . Buyer Beware !!!

Good experience with our initial visit with the dealership. The sales rep stayed in contact and had the vehicles ready when we arrived. No issues with the sale and the financial rep was professional. There was a small issue with delivery. The paperwork was suppose to be with the van upon delivery but was not with the vehicle. Also we were told that it would be fueled but was basically empty upon arrival. But overall it was a pleasant experience.

Very easy to deal with and the buying process was simple with great customer service.

I received friendly knowledgeable service from Laken and her team. They were helpful and I was able to communicate my needs to find what I wanted.

Best selection of preowned inventory that I've come around in years. Beautiful brand new building. Only complaint I can think of is there is so much selection that it makes the decision on what to buy hard! Not a bad problem to have, I guess.
