Your service advisor (JD) is excellent.
Your service advisor (JD) is excellent. Don’t lose him. He’s the best part of your service. The worst part of your service is your labor rate. I was there an hour and a half and that included time for the car wash. Charge for labor was $484. After 35 years and 6 of your cars, this could be it.

JD was again awesome. Got us in timely, kept me informed as to what needed done, got everything done we asked for, even the safety check in the time promised. Got me picked up and car returned within time frame needed. 🤙
