safety check/cracked windshield
When I went to my car on the morning of the scheduled safety check, I was distressed to find the windshield cracked! Still upset when I arrived at dealership. JD took care of everything. He calmed me down, made arrangements for new glass and assured me everything would work out fine. Thanks

Convenient Service
Was able to drop off car and get a loaner for the day. When service was done I was not able to get back before they closed. Picking up in the next morning worked out perfectly.

Size has no bearing on service
I just retired from the army and moved from the mainland Maui. Mainland Mercedes dealerships have bee large and such professional staff and just a real sense your in good hands when you arrive for a service appt. Maui Mercedes ironically is the exact opposite but with a 2 man service department. Maui has exemplified themselves as a outstanding Mercedes service department. A drop in staffing but clearly no drop in professionalism or experience! Maui Mercedes definitely show cases itself as another reason Mercedes continues to be a leader in the automotive industry. Kudos to Doug Fugiwara the manager!!

Horrible experice with service department
Mercedes Bendz of Maui is a joke. Particularly the service department led by the unprofessional Doug. It’s all Teflon smiles from Doug as he tries to charge $1,000.00 to change a headlight. It took them a whole afternoon (3 hours) to try and figure out how to install a headlight with negative results. Then I was kicked to the curb. Doug is condescending and uncooperative. The place is a complete shame. I tried to voice my frustration to Dennis Rademacher who is the general manager on Oahu with no response. BEWARE, they don’t know what the xxxx they are doing beyond an oil change. You would be better served to find a mechanic on Maui who is competent. Plus you can avoid all the nonsense Mercedes Bendz of Maui has to offer
