Buyers beware, they misrepresent value of the vehicle so

Buyers beware, they misrepresent value of the vehicle so you are negotiating from a falsely inflated value. Then they jack you up with a $3k dealer fee that covers nothing, opposite of what they claim. Vehicle was missing most things you’d think would be standard, lug nuts, no jack, 2 entirely different looking headlight sets, missing back of the mirror, missing moldings, missing door gaskets, hood wouldn’t stay up, drivers side door won’t lock or unlock and is falling apart, they gave only one set of keys on top of check engine lights. This dealership is one to avoid. They claim a “real thorough inspection” but don’t do enough to get a vehicle inspected before selling it. They just stick the next owner with the bill. It’s hard to believe they haven’t been shut down, this can’t be legal. They use unaccredited banks that avoid scrutiny from the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them

Our salesperson Javier was amazing.

Our salesperson Javier was amazing. We were very comfortable with him. He was very patient and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He stayed in the office with us afterhours on a Friday and ensured us that on Monday we would seal the deal.. and we did!! I love my x3. I would definitely recommend G Motors! THANK YOU JAVIER!!

I purchased a used car from G Motors (salesman Javier

I purchased a used car from G Motors (salesman Javier Mendoza), and was assured multiple times that the car had 2 keys (it did, but one was not to my car!). I returned the key to G Motors, but they refused to reimburse me for a new key ($800). Also, Javier and I negotiated a price that I was good with. He stated that I could only get this price if I financed the car. The higher price was included in the final sales figure! Also, I did not want to finance the car and incurred additional charges until I paid it off two weeks later. Everyone at G Motors has been unresponsive to my issues - I would not recommend G Motors!!!

I had a great experience at G Motors.

I had a great experience at G Motors.. I came in to look at an Audi Q5. I had a firm price in mind. As soon as I sat down with Isaiah and explained the situation ( my car was parked in front of my house and totaled by a drunk driver) he took me seriously. Negotiations were easy and took maybe 15 minutes and he got me my bottom line quickly without trying to convince me to spend more than I wanted to. I asked if I could take a few hours to think about it, he said no problem. Came back a few hours later, took it for another test drive and signed the paperwork. They washed my car, filled the tank and o was on my way with a car I love!

My wife and I had a really disappointing experience at G

My wife and I had a really disappointing experience at G Motors. She was interested in purchasing a red 2022 Acura MDX and was initially excited about the car, but the unprofessionalism from the management completely changed my mind. The way they spoke to me was dismissive and condescending – I felt talked down to and not valued as a customer at all. It was honestly shocking and very off-putting. I’ve purchased cars before and have never been treated this way. The lack of respect from management made it an easy decision not to buy from them. I would not recommend G Motors if you’re looking for a positive and professional car-buying experience.
