10/10 Great customer service, quick and easy purchase.

10/10 Great customer service, quick and easy purchase. I have been purchasing many cars with carmax. Never had issues with any locations. This location particulary has great mechanics.

The process was not easy.

The process was not easy. I had to redo the paperwork several times. Delivery was not done when stated and had to wait another 2 days. The car smelled like smoke and was dirty on the outside.

This is our third car we bought and our experience just

This is our third car we bought and our experience just keeps getting better. Or car was ready to test drive and our Salesman was friendly and upfront. We will be back again.

The Sals Team,is great!

The Sals Team,is great! I’ve been there so many times I almost met them all. One thing: Take the time to sit with the customer in the car before test drive and make sure they know where and how the basic controls work. Secondly, I have come there three or four times already. Bought the car I wanted but mine is still in the lot waiting for a copy of title. I the meantime I have been driving and enjoying the new vehicle. However, I had problems with deflating tires in my old car and that is one reason I got new tires last fall. So I was EXTREMELY unhappy when I got in the new car and the warning light came on for a low tire. I don’t want to worry about that again. I have problems leaving the house now because my husband is ill and don’t need that too.

All was excellent except day following sale found all

All was excellent except day following sale found all four tires had faulty valve stems. As I went to leave when the car was brought around from the service areas, the dashboard was displaying a low tire warning. It was inflated by the service department but, returned the next day and the service place I went to discovered all were bad. Upon departure from CarMax, the tires were actually showing slight over inflation so I suspected something might be up. I did not have the time to delay things, liked the car, and was willing to deal with a tire problem. Chose to just leave and see what happened. Had to finish quickly. It was late afternoon. Was paying with a cashier's check. Was dismayed that, for a brief time, thought the deal would be delayed for previously not mentioned requirement to verify the authenticity of the cashier's check. For a few moments, was afraid brokerage firm would not be reachable but, fortunately, our personal broker picked up the phone. Didn't appreciate not knowing that, in advance. We have purchased several cars from Kenosha, one from Hillside, one from Naperville, and two from Schaumburg.
