We visited the dealership to pick up information on the Volvo XC90. The salesperson was professional, friendly, and did not hover or pressure us on the visit. We made an appointment to meet again on Saturday morning to verify availability on a particular optioned unit. I told the sales person that we would be there at 930am sharp. By golly, she was waiting for us at the appointed time on Saturday. We walked the lot and made our selection. The sales manager stepped in and took the time to explain the benefits of utilizing the Volvo Financial Services Auto Lease program. We agreed on a purchase deal. We excused our selves to run a couple of nearby shopping errands. When we returned, the XC90 was parked in the ready line for pick up. Fantastic sales experience!!! We can definitely recommend the sales and financial departments as a pleasure to do business with. We have not had any service needs yet. I am hoping the service department will live up to the performance level bar that the sales and finance department have established.[=
