We were working on a deal. They were well aware we were securing financing through our credit union. We scheduled an appointment for the next day because we couldn’t get the check until the following day. They sold the car. They refused to hold the car although we had every intention of buying that vehicle. That was dirty and our bank agreed. The salesman was off that day. They do not have integrity.

My Ford Fusion recently needed a replacement engine.
My Ford Fusion recently needed a replacement engine. My service representative Jonathan Hartwig was amazing!!! He kept me abreast of the progress and was extremely knowledgeable. He made a very stressful situation a lot more bearable. He and the team at Vic Bailey Ford did an exceptional job and I am forever grateful.

My car Wouldn't start and Jonathan dropped what he was doing and came to jump me off immediately. This kind of professionalism is what I look for in a service department, Jonathan is to be commended for his outstanding service to me. He has me as a customer for life.

I've done business with Ford of Spartanburg for years.
I've done business with Ford of Spartanburg for years. The last 1 1/2 years my point of contact has been Tyrone Goode. In my opinion, he is one of the best service reps I've ever done business with. He follows through with my cars services from start to finish. I recently took a cross country trip in my 2004 T-Brid, had a breakdown in Missouri & when the Ford dealer there was going to leave me in a motel for 3 days Tyrone stepped in. With his help my car was repaired in the same day, not only that he contacted me 3 times to make sure I was staying informed about that dealers' progress. Tyrone also gives the same attention to detail to "hometown" service. As a woman I'm grateful that he treats me with the same respect I've seen others only give men customers. I don't know him outside of the dealership so the service he affords me is a reflection of his work ethic. Ford would do well to hire more service reps like Tyrone!!
