I called about a vehicle and they told me they would pull

I called about a vehicle and they told me they would pull up the car as soon as possible to make sure it was ready. I live about an hour away from this dealership so I was already skeptical about making a trip to just look at a car. I get there and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they don’t have the keys for it. I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know and they gave me the thousand yard stare. Anyways, they said they would get a key made and I asked for a paper for out the door total price. First of all, car was listed at 25,999 on the website but on paper it was listed at 26,999. On top of that the final price on paper was 31k and some change. I don’t know what these people are smoking but they need to get it together. I believe out of all the people I spoke to (including customer service) maybe two knew what they were doing. 26k to 31k was a pretty big jump. Lack of communication and a waste of my time. They told me every vehicle at hanna cars had those fees. A $1000 documentation fee? And even more on top of that. I don’t think so.

Lied about price, tried to add a ton of not needed fees.

Lied about price, tried to add a ton of not needed fees. Salesperson Patricia lied about everything. All there reviews online are done by people they hire to write them. Run run run away from these people. CROOKS

Drove 2 hours to buy an EV at price listed on website

Drove 2 hours to buy an EV at price listed on website plus taxes and transfer fees. Was sitting in lobby for 15 minutes when a couple sitting across from me warned me about all of their add on fees. They were told it would be an extra $4K to buy a vehicle there. Went on test drive and really liked car. Ready to buy it with financing approved. Price offered was over $4K over list. No negotiating. Also $1K of charges included a warranty that I couldn’t use (it doesn’t cover EVs). Tried to buy car again yesterday via their website. Said deal was approved at lower price. Called Hanna to make sure deal was on. Nope. Had to buy warranty. Never known a business that tried so hard not to do business!
