Richard Rowe was my salesperson. As others have noted, it was a no pressure sales process, he was very professional and allowed us to deliberate. Time CDJR offered a significant discount on year-end inventory (they may have actually lost $$$ on the purchase). All in all I have no complaints and would encourage anyone in the market for a new CDJR vehicle to check them out. Please tell them I sent you and I'll split the $100 they offer for referrals with you. I didn't have a trade in so i can't speak to that aspect of their process.

Richard Rowe “took the bull by the horns” and contacted us and started the process of paving the way for our purchase. He sent a “walk-around” video and answered any questions we had. He then gathered all information he needed from us to prepare the paperwork. We flew into Portland from Anchorage that night and Richard picked us up in his personal vehicle at our hotel the next morning.
