I had a frustrating and insulting experience with Time CDJR. They’re friendly at first, but unless you just want to hand over a pile of cash and don’t care what you get, it’s a waste of *time* and money. I thought I was buying a new car, but they managed to slide in a demo vehicle with hundreds of miles on it instead of a new one with 8 miles on it like they advertised. So buyer beware - they fooled me and then blamed me for believing their advertising was honest. They made a half hearted offer to pay me a few bucks or have to return it and waste my *time* to start the search process all over again. Never did the words “I’m sorry” come out of their mouths. And on top of all that, the general sales manager insulted me by saying “you’re an adult” to someone 15 years his senior. I filed two complaints, and they got even more insulting. So the moral to the story is: At thIs dealership, the customer is always wrong. If you want to be treated with respect, stay far, far away.

What a great experience. I walked in the door unsure if I would even be able to get a used car and drove off in a brand new 2025 Jeep Compass. Sales agent didn't know simple questions about the vehicle , had to call back.. They are overpriced and don't seem to want to try and make a deal for the customer.
