This dealer is beyond ridiculous. We went in with a car picked out, ready to pay cash, and it took 6 hours and a ton of frustration to finally get through it. This included: - Shaking on a deal which it turned out they couldn't honor and had to rescind - Being offered a comical amount for our trade, which after haggling for an hour they eventually more than doubled - Sitting with an extremely combative loan administrator who literally would not take no for an answer on extended warranties. He became visibly angry and shouted at several points about how this vehicle was so complicated it was guaranteed to break in very expensive ways, which he blamed on American manufacturing All this was interspersed with sitting for for hours between the sales person checking in. Would never buy from them again, and nobody else should either.

Do not use this dealer for service. They have had my car for 4 months, won't return my calls or messages, and haven't worked on anything. They are essentially holding cm my vehicle hostage. I don't know any recourse for this happening to us and will continue to pursue having my car repaired and released for pickup.
