I wouldn’t but a glass of water from him, it’s important

Terrible service, asked for some basic information and

Terrible service, asked for some basic information and they gave excuses and couldn't even offer basic knowledge of the vehicle. Very unprofessional. Don't buy from them. They also raised the price from what was listed on cars.com

Hello Cam, Please make sure to state the truth within your review. We always let customers know the details of each vehicle we have for sale. Also we did not raise the price, it is called tax, title & license. Which you pay anywhere you shop for a vehicle. Thank you

Highly unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars I would! I was very interested in a car, and the call I had with the associate / sales man was horrible. Not only did he answer the phone very rudely, but when I asked for information about the car he seemed annoyed. And when I told him I’d have to get back to him about the car after hearing what was wrong with it (to get a price quote on what it needed) he flipped out on me trying to bully me into thinking I was stupid for wanting to collect information. So after he treated me so rudely I told him, that I was no longer interested due to his customer service, so he flipped out again and said the car was no longer for sale. This is probably one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had in my life. Even if this guy cut the price in half at this point I would still not buy it from him. Just because how rude he was. If you’re looking for a car, I would not recommend this retailer. This place needs to take some major customer service training.

We arrived at dealership 5 mins til open.

We arrived at dealership 5 mins til open. Called the number said they would be there in 30 mins along with 2 more buying customers.. Never showed up! Texted me asking which vehicle I was looking at. I replied and he told me check engine light is on and he’s tried of dealing with it. Don’t want to deal with the xx. Selling as is. Still never showed up after waiting til 11am. DONT BOTHER, bad customer service.
