I took my vehicle in for an inspection and it was quickly

I took my vehicle in for an inspection and it was quickly inspected. It needed some extra work and I was able to get it fixed. I returned to southern and they took my vehicle and finished the inspection. It passed.

My experience could not have been any better nor could it have gone any smoother. Cierra, Orland, Ronnie, and Kaeyln were all so very helpful. Especially Cierra. I highly recommend Southern Mazda Newport News to anyone and everyone thinking about purchasing a new car.

Check in and check out was good but the customer waiting

Check in and check out was good but the customer waiting area was extremely loud. The employees were blasting the music and quite it was quite disturbing.

I had a service appointment recently that I was really

I had a service appointment recently that I was really satisfied with. But once I left the appointment I realized I have easy care so my oil change should've been covered and I should've gotten a free car wash and vacuum. I have tried to contact the dealership multiple times since then to ask about a refund for my oil change and getting a car wash but nobody will return my calls.

I had an emergency check engine light and they gave me a

I had an emergency check engine light and they gave me a 7:45 am appointment. By 11:25 , it was diagnosed as a bad battery. The charge to replace the battery was excessive.Ray Korchak was very professional and explained the system problem and fix. $350.00 for a battery replacement was quite a shock. So my experience was positive, but the cost of the service was unreasonable.

Southern Mazda is a class business, they honored a first

Southern Mazda is a class business, they honored a first time oil change even though my vehicle was bought brand new from a completely different dealer. Great staff to work with and quality work performed efficiently. Will certainly be returning in the future as they are close to home.
