from my initial arrival to leaving with my new car, i always felt that i was treated with respect and excellent care. David Dryden is so knowledgeable, and he was patient as he had to deal with my indecision. He also wasn't pushy, even though making a sale is literally his job. He wanted to make sure it was my decision and I wasn't pressured, which I very much appreciate. He also didn't judge me for being a "city gal" rather than a local, so thank you for welcoming me into your dealership!! Oh, and he also would text me updates on where my car was in the delivery process and answered any of my questions about the car itself. I thought that was really going the extra mile, and it helped me be more confident in spending a bunch of money on a new car :) Also, shout out to Kaden Pennell, Finance Manager, and Hal Nabors, Sales Manager, for helping make this a super seamless process. on my "pickup day", Kaden was very fast and friendly. on my initial visit, Hal was friendly and welcoming, and just as excited for me in my car shopping experience. Jacob was extremely helpful throughout the process. Kept in contact but didn't bombard me with calls. He made sure to understand what I was looking for and not just trying to sell me any car.
