I needed my jeep serviced.

I needed my jeep serviced. I brought a diagnostic with me. They sent me an email with the issue and I authorized the $411 work to be done. A couple hours later, Sam called from service to get authorization, now at $582, claiming that the diagnostic wasn't included in the email. Then I show up to pick the jeep up and it's now $649! This is almost $250 more than the original amount I authorized. It left me very distrustful of the dealership. I will not ever return there. It felt extremely shady.
