I felt communication could have been better.

I felt communication could have been better. The advisor said she would personally call me and she never did. The manager came to talk to me but I dont think he really understood why I wasn't happy. Also they dont offer courtesy rides. You either have to find your own ride or pay to rent a car and then they take their time. They had my car for 3 days so that would have been $100 for a simple repair ( that should have been noticed 5 days prior)and an oil change.

Tyrone Simmons is the best!

Tyrone Simmons is the best! He is friendly, helpful and makes sure my vehicle stays in top shape! The service department does an excellent job at getting my vehicle serviced quickly as well.
