They made us feel comfortable first.

Bought a car- poor follow up.

Bought a car- poor follow up. Never got my plates and my temp ones expired. Called texted and chatted the dealership with no response. Nobody will pick up the phone when you call. Happy to take your money then disappear!

I received prompt and courtesy service.

I received prompt and courtesy service. I had my vehicle towed to the service department with a damage tire. It was repaired and ready for me in less than 24 hours.

My visit was amazing from the time I got there until the

My visit was amazing from the time I got there until the time I left. I was able to charge my phone on cords they had provided and a movie was put on for me to watch. I didn't realize how long I was there because I was so into the movie and wasn't able to finish it because my service was done.

It took over 4 hours for an oil change and was promised a

It took over 4 hours for an oil change and was promised a full car detail that was never completed. I got tired and left after waiting so long and being told it would take all day to complete this service. Terrible customer service!
