I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. From another state I phoned the dealership to discuss my interest in purchasing a 2021 BMW I saw advertised on CARGURUS for $35,900. I spoke to the GM and agreed to the purchase and shipping to me out of state would be no extra charge. With that agreement, I received the car in about 2 days. Meanwhile the Finance Manager called me and asked if an interest rate of 6.29% and a payment of $800+ was agreeable to me. I agreed. Several days later i received a statement from Truist Bank that I owed over $50K for the car. That was over $11K of charges that I had not agreed to. I have asked repeatedly that the sales document they executed with Truist be corrected, but no action has been revealed to me. This is dishonest, and shows disregard for customer! Find an honest dealer!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!! MY SON, WHO WAS AN EMPLOYEE IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE AND ONLY DROVE THE TRUCK 5 DAYS BEFORE HE HAD IT TOWED BACK TO DEALERSHIP. IT THEN SAT IN THE SERVICE DEPT FOR OVER A MONTH BEFORE BEING SUPPOSEDLY FIXED FOR A LIFTER BEING STUCK, HE DROVE 4 MORE DAYS AND SAME LIGHT CAME ON AND HE WAS TOLD IT WASN'T THROWING A CODE TO PICKUP AND DIDN'T MAKE IT A MILE UP THE ROAD WHEN TRUCK WAS CLEARLY NOT REPAIRED!! THE GM HAD BEEN REMOVED BEFORE HE PICKED UP THE TRUCK FROM SERVICE THE FIRST TIME AND THE NEW GM ADAM WILL NOT EVEN SPEAK WITH MY SON OR MYSELF ABOUT THE SITUATION! I'VE BEEN LEAVING MESSAGES FOR MONTHS AND NO RETURN CALL FROM SERVICE DEPT OR GM!! BAD BUSINESS HERE AND ALSO MY SON WAS NEVER OFFERED A RENTAL CAR THEREFOR LOST HIS JOB AS HE DIDN'T HAVE A RIDE TO WORK FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW IN BOONE NC TO NOT SHOP HERE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I GIVE 0 STARS

Everyone at Elevation Chevrolet GMC in Boone was

Everyone at Elevation Chevrolet GMC in Boone was absolutely wonderful to work with! They were so helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. You can tell they’re working hard to make the dealership a place people feel good about again. Derek was especially fantastic — patient, kind, and willing to answer every question we had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend — go check them out for yourself!

Had the very best experience here!

Had the very best experience here! Jessica and Pete did everything they could to ensure we would go home with our new car! They even stayed past closing time to ensure we had everything we need! Definitely recommend this place for everyone!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a vehicle that was delivered in disgusting condition—food stuck to the floor, slimy clumps in the cup holder, and overall filthy on the inside. This was shocking, but unfortunately, it got worse. The dealership claimed the vehicle had been serviced, but it turned out they falsified those records. The car had low and leaking coolant, along with missing parts that were conveniently overlooked. When I brought it back to have these issues fixed, they only changed the oil and topped off the coolant—no real repairs were done, despite their promises. To make matters worse, their lack of communication was infuriating. I was left completely in the dark throughout the process, making an already stressful situation far worse. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this dealership. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly have no regard for their customers.

My 2013 Express vans motor wasrunning poorly.

My 2013 Express vans motor wasrunning poorly. I needed their service dept to evaluate and repair it. Seems straight forward. Made an appt. I was early and ready After 2.5 hrs. I was told I needed spark plugs and wires. It took 2.5hrs to figure this out! Ok,what’s next? Guess the price? $1000?!!!!!! For plugs and wires?!?!? Wow! But ok. Fix it. 2 more hours Your vans done. Guess how much my $1000 was? $1250!!!!!!!!! What? This either incredibly incompetent or outright dishonest. My advice,stay away. Your better out with Bubba by the side of the road. If you must go there, get it all in writing before you approve anything. You have been warned!
