Angela called and asked if I was financing or paying
Angela called and asked if I was financing or paying cash. When learning I didn't want to finance, no interest in selling.

I drove 8 hours to this dealership for nothing.
I drove 8 hours to this dealership for nothing. The price they promised over the phone never matched reality. Even though they sent an out-the-door price, it was completely false — they advertised the car at a fake price as a tactic to get customers in. But when you get there, they will try to charge you more than $6,000 in fees, not including tax and registration. Like a scam alert. I would not recommend this dealership; don’t waste your time going there!

I wish there were an option to give a negative rating for
I wish there were an option to give a negative rating for this dealership. Over the past three days, I’ve called multiple times requesting a Carfax report for one of their listed vehicles, which also has an incorrect VIN displayed on their website. Each time I called, my call was either ignored or abruptly disconnected. One representative did inform me that their Carfax link was down and promised to email me the report, but after three days I still have not received anything. This experience reflects very poor customer service and a lack of professionalism.

We had a very disappointing experience with Certified
We had a very disappointing experience with Certified Auto Group LLC regarding a vehicle we were seriously interested in. We first came to see the car on Monday, June 30th, and were assisted by Mario. The appointment had been scheduled through Ray Ballares. During the test drive, we noticed an intermittent noise coming from the car and requested that it be checked. Mario assured us it would be looked into and introduced us to one gentleman, together they confirmed we should return on Thursday, July 3rd. Leading up to that day, I maintained communication with Ray, as I had asked to be kept in the loop. She confirmed our visit, and Mario also knew we would be returning. We took the train from New Jersey to Hempstead, only to be told the car was still in service and we should come back on Monday, July 7th. Despite the time and money spent, we remained committed because we truly wanted the car. In the meantime, Amber from the team contacted us and scheduled the Monday appointment. I explained everything to her, including the previous back-and-forth with Mario. On Monday morning, which is today, I called to confirm whether the car was ready, but received no response. Shortly after, Mario texted saying the car was still currently unavailable, implying it was still in service. However, when my boyfriend called, he was told the car had been sold. I called in again to speak with Mario, but didn't get him. There was clearly a serious lack of communication and transparency throughout this process. We were kept hopeful, and ended up canceling other potential deals because we trusted the information we were given. That is unacceptable, and I feel so disappointed in them for doing that. That’s not the right way to treat people especially customers. It’s truly disappointing.

First off I would like to say at least I got an actual
First off I would like to say at least I got an actual price on the car! The car was looking at was listed at $29, 750. So by the time I talk to the sales manager pretty much said he couldn't sell the car for less than $27,000 not including taxes registration or DMV fees. So just now going into these cars that you're looking at at least 8 to $10,000 of what the actual price of the cars are I really hope this helps other people because they press you to go into the sales room before giving you a price so they're hoping your emotions will take over and they'll let you have their way with you. To be fair that's how all these New York New Jersey car dealerships work they give the old bait and switch when it comes to advertised pricing and then they say it's listed in their subtext and you read all the subtext you can't find out what they're talking about.
