Please read!!!!!! I flew in from Alaska to pick up my son's 2011 jeep Grand Cherokee limited, what a bad idea. I finally get to the dealer. When they bring my son's truck from the back, I immediately do a walk around and noticed a lot that was not included on the video that was sent. Broken seat and window switch. I stayed overnight with a friend and attempted to start my drive back to Alaska. I start the vehicle up the next morning and it began to run hot. I immediately checked the antifreeze and it was low, so I pick up a gallon and put in some along with distilled water. The temperature finally went to normal and I could start my journey, unfortunately the heat only worked on the drivers side, talking about a cold experience for over 2,000 miles. Fast forward a month later, the check engine light is on and I still putting antifreeze in it, this is not normal. Not even a tank of gas start me on my journey home. This dealership didn't inspect this vehicle, I highly recommend you don't buy from this dealership, I'm highly upset.

I purchased my Electrified Genesis from the dealership a month ago. I flew to Washington and met with Andrew. The whole transaction took less than 2 hours, and I drove the car back to Portland. Everything went smoothly. I had no issues whatsoever with the car or with the paperwork. I love the car.
