The salesperson was great.
The salesperson was great. However, after inspecting the car fully, I saw that there were a few defects on it, such as the rap needs to be removed. The rubber on the inside of the doors are falling off the rubber on the top of the roof is falling off, we bought the replacement plan. So I'm not sure how much trouble it's gon.Na give for us to get those things repaired and replace.It's almost been a year since we have the car and haven't really had much help reaching out to the dealership

It was a quick process with getting approved, but the car
It was a quick process with getting approved, but the car was overpriced and 2 months later the transmission shut down, I had to pay $700 out of pocket even though i was still in my warranty but that didn’t cover transmission fluids etc. i called the dealer & they basically said it was out of their hands. The miles on the dash was good, so I’m not sure why the transmission was bad already and it was a 2024 Honda
