My purchase of the 2012 Touareg was an excellent experience. My circumstances were rather unusual as I was on the other side of the earth when I wanted to buy the car and my initial contact with Lash was purely via email. I contacted 3 different VW dealers in the area and explained my situation and needs and Ms Walters from Lash was the only one who answered my email inquiry. Throughout the purchase process Ms Walters was very helpful, honest and she truly made the process hassle free. We agreed on everything from price, financing, extra options and delivery via email and when I returned to NY I was able to pick up my dream car the very next day. Excellent! The process at Lash when I picked up the car was also very smooth. Ms Walters had everything arranged and I could have been in and out in less than 30 minutes with my new car if it was not for the fact that all the staff at Lash were very friendly and I generally had a good time there. The Team at Lash, and in particular Ms Walters, made my purchase experience great & personal and I will definitely both recommend and use Lash again for any car purchase and maintenance.

I was looking to possibly lease a 2012 Jetta and I happen to stop by Lash Volswagen of White Plains, NY. As soon a walked through the front door, a wonderful sales consulant named: Matthew Silverstein assisted me. Matthew's fantastic personality and his excellent knowledge of all the VW inventory was the reason why I decided to take a test drive of the Jetta GTI and the Jetta SE. Matthew had the ability to understand my needs and was able to quickly narrow the Jetta cars that would work best for me. Lester was wonderful. I am so happy with my new car. He took about 45 mintues to explain to me every single detail about my car. It was informative and helpful. I will be recommending all my friends to go see him!

I went to the dealership looking for a new lease, my old lease was over my miles and wanted to return it earlier. johnny walked me through the process of early termination of the lease and made the process of getting my new lease very easy. He went through each step and explained them all. Once the deal was done, frank came by and reviewed the whole contract and explained how to read the contract. all and all they made my stressful process of finding a new car very easy going.

I highly recommend Lash Dealership. This is my 8th Volkswagen. I just leased a 2012 Passat from Ted Arcidiacono at Lash Volkswagen. Every question I had was answered. Ted walked me through the process of returning my 2009 Jetta painlessly and got me the exact color and model I wanted on the new Passat. Ted was concerned with my having all the features that were important to me and made the deal happen. He devoted time to making sure that when I left the dealership I knew how to use all the new features that this 2012 Passat had to offer, including the phone. I love driving my new car. I also want to mention Reinaldo Cruz - He had helped me in the past with service for my 2009 Jetta.

After We got great price ($$$ less then dealers on Long Island) over the phone and exchanging 5 Emails , We came to Lash spend 15 minutes reviewing and signing documents and drove home.
