Newport Lexus

I have been using Lexus services for about 12 years now. Today was the best service I received during that entire time. Going to be my first choice for service from now on.

I've brought my 2025 TX250 to Newport Lexus for all my service and warranty needs even though I purchased the car from elsewhere reasons beyond my control. Kevn Nessl in the service department has been amazing since my first visit and I've requested him each and every time I have an appointment which is coming up to 5 visits for various reasons and everytime he has been easy to work with and got everything done as stated. The facility itself is clean and nicely maintained befitting the luxury car as opposed to other luxury car dealerships where it feels like you don't own luxury car. I cannot say good enough things about Kevin Nessl and Newport Lexus.

The service team is great. Our service advisor Joey Wilcek is exceptional, Quickly and accurately provides estimates of service required, time and cost. Then he follows through to ensure work is completed as promised.

Everyone I met at the dealership was extremely professional, especially Gary. I have had a very busy week and not set up the car yet however I’m looking forward to it. I have been driving it and it is terrific.

Newport Lexus never disappoints! All personnel are informed, efficient and considerate. This is the only dealership in Orange County where I choose to buy or service a Lexus vehicle.
