Customer service was excellent.

Customer service was excellent. The mechanic’s video review was detailed and very informative. Repair was done quickly and my car was returned to me sooner than I had anticipated. BMW driver was lovely to chat with and prompt.

Great Service

Our company has been doing business with BMW for a while and I have been working with John McDougald for a while and he is the best, he really goes over and beyond to help. Also we were just there yesterday to pick up our new vehicle and Julia Collner was great as well; she took her time to make sure everything was connected.

Bought an x5 and an 18 m240 I from tom Walsh . He was super to deal with.. Custom ordered my m240 I an it was everything he said it would be. Car Buying Experience

I recently purchased a 2018 5 series from your dealership, the person I worked with was John McDougald. I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime,but none more pleasant than working with John. He was very knowledgeable, cordial and quite a great person to work with, he seems to have good instincts about people in general and will be an asset to this company in years to come. This is my first BMW I have ever purchased, but for now I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks to John once again for making a car buying experience a pleasure.

Customer Review bmw service and repair for my cars

Dear Manager Of Bmw Wilmington, NC, The purpose of this review is to promulgate information in reference to the outstanding service provided by Bob, Eric and Fred(Parts department) at bmw wilmington, nc. My wife and i are small business owner's and we have a 2006 bmw 750LI and a 2011 bmw 528i that we love. The bmw efficiency is top of the line and it's quality and the vehicle's have excellent suspension that ride's superb. We always keep the maintenance on our vehicle's complete as required. Bob, Eric and Fred(Parts department) are knowledegeable of both cars, they treat all their customer's with respect. They are professional, courteous, patient with us senior's. Bob, Eric and Fred (parts department) take time to listen to the customer's vehicle problems to insure they get the correct information prior to diagnostic check of our car's. I gave bmw of wilmington a ten (10) rating overall for the outstanding service provided by Bob, Eric and Fred(Parts department) in the service department. It is highly recommended that Bob and Eric in the bwm of wilmington, nc be recognized for their outstanding service and professionalism in customer service and parts department.
