Absolutely abysmal experience from start to finish. Their customer service is clueless, and their mechanical service is just as bad. We had our key fob replaced, only to receive one without a key blade—literally just a useless silver block. When I called, the person on the phone had no idea what they were talking about and insisted the key wasn’t working due to an electrical issue. Turns out, it was never even cut. On top of that, the battery has died SIX times since we've owned this Jeep. Their service department is impossible to reach, they don’t work weekends, and when you finally do get through, they flat-out lie. They told us someone would look at the car the same day—two days later, they still hadn’t even run a basic diagnostic. This is, hands down, the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t go back if they paid me.
