Buying a car can sometimes feel like running a marathon

Buying a car can sometimes feel like running a marathon on a treadmill—lots of effort, not much excitement, and a finish line that feels like paperwork. But working with Luis Cardona completely flipped that script. From the moment I walked into the dealership, it was clear this wasn’t going to be the usual, boring, “let me disappear into the manager’s office for the third time” kind of car-buying experience. Instead, Luis somehow made the process feel like I was stepping into a well-choreographed production where everything flowed seamlessly. Luis has the rare ability to combine professionalism with personality in a way that keeps you smiling while still feeling 100% confident in your decision. He knows his stuff—every feature, every trim, every financing detail—and he explained it all without ever once making me feel overwhelmed or pressured. I never once got the sense that he was trying to “sell” me something; it was more like he was matchmaking me with the exact car I didn’t even know I needed until he introduced us. What really sets Luis apart is how he balances genuine customer care with an energy that’s contagious. He’s funny, he’s sharp, and he clearly loves what he does. I walked in expecting a transaction and walked out not only with a car I love, but also with the memory of actually enjoying the process (yes, enjoying buying a car—it’s possible). If dealerships gave out awards, Luis wouldn’t just win Salesperson of the Year—he’d probably take home the trophy for Best Supporting Role in Making Car Shopping Fun, Most Likely to Anticipate Questions Before You Ask Them, and Most Charismatic Test Drive Host. Five stars honestly feels like underselling it—Luis Cardona deserves an entire galaxy.

Due to an accident, I needed to make a vehicle purchase

Due to an accident, I needed to make a vehicle purchase fairly quickly. I had never purchased a Lexus before, and reached out cold to Lexus of Wilminton. Luis Cardona helped me from beginning to end, educating me on the options, listening intently to what was important to me, and ultimately purchasing a great vehicle. I highly recommend Luis as an honest, intelligent and sincere person.

Dan is the best!

Dan is the best! Very professional. Creative (made/sent me a video of the car ahead of my arrival at the dealership). Resourceful in finding thorough answers to my questions. He could take a joke better than any member of the Gen Z that I know. He already has a request for another vehicle from me. I highly recommend Dan without any reservations.
