Pretty disappointed in the follow up service from this

Pretty disappointed in the follow up service from this dealership. The buying process was fine. Problem is we have been driving on our temporary tags for 90 days now and repeated calls to the administrative and sales offices to find out status of registration papers and permanent license plate are not returned. I also have to chuckle when told by staff to please provide a review and anything less than a 5 star review is considered to be a failure. So, you need to question all these reviews.

Josh did a wonderful job taking us through the car buying

Josh did a wonderful job taking us through the car buying process. He was very patient and explained clearly about all of the features. He followed up after purchase to make sure we understood all of the unique modern features and to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend.

LOL - each and everyone of these GX550 at the Wilmington dealership carries a $10,000 mark up!!!!???...so that price you see make sure you add a cool $10,000 to the number....disgusting greed and ridiculous pricing...peace out...

Nate really took his time to go over the different model

Nate really took his time to go over the different model vehicles that we would possibly be interested in . He was very patient with us and didn’t do a hard sell ! He was really trying to make us happy with the model we would eventually decide on. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our new car purchase !
