They were nice and very helpful. The price of service was reasonable. They helped me understand the pricing of service when I was confused. Overall I liked my service.

The service department personnel was very friendly and helpful My only criticism is that initially I could not get through on the phone, I tried three times to make an appointment and only when I asked to speak to someone in service, was I able to make the appointment and receive excellent advice from the serviceman

Great service. TJ was very thorough, accomodating, courteous, and thoughtful. He walked through what was going to be done and followed through it. That's enough.

It was a great experience, because I did not feel pressured as I had felt with other dealerships. At one dealership I had visited, there were four sales representatives trying to convince me to purchase a car I ,which had shown some interest. At Hawkinson's, I had one Salesman and then the Finance person when I decided to buy.

Staff always friendly...that’s crucial. Admittedly only had routine service done but dropped vehicle off, went to breakfast, Home Depot (all nearby) and vehicle was done when i returned. Bob was standing there with my keys. He reviewed my bill, offered suggestions and i was on my way. Thanks all!
