It was very satifactory. I think they were conscientious.

Everything was very much up to par, except a couple things: -the rear hatch of my QX50 still does not lock. I told them about it; they assured me there was no problem, but it still does not lock. -when I picked the car up the gas gauge was on empty (no miles til you run out!) They test drove it and could have warned me about that. Tim and Ryan were great!

I need to have the hatch looked at again. It still does not lock. It has been hard for me to get in touch. No one answers the phone.

Maintenance check

Thought it was time for a brake job. It was not time for any maintenance. Yet they checked everything out. I’ve only had one bad experience and I’ve had 2 Infiniti since 2001. I’m thinking about trading in and buying another one. I usually keep my cars for 10 years

Outstanding Service and Sales

Victoria Revels was an outstanding Sales Person. She was very knowledgeable of the Infiniti models, but was also patient and so kind toward me and my husband. Victoria is a true professional who went above and beyond to make me happy leasing a car during the Covid Crisis. Troy was also very kind and caring. He assisted in closing the deal and was very open and understanding during a difficult covid time.
