I have purchased Two vehicles from MBofSM in 12 months. This dealership always goes above and beyond my expectations. Specifically Robbie Waltz. He always responds in minutes to my questions. My advisor Robert Smith I had given them a good review

My advisor Robert Smith I had given them a good review that I have to take back. I live 3 hours away I paid 3,799.38 to get my gle350 fixed. To only find out that my water spicket was broken on my truck. My truck leaked fluid all in my drive I have not been able to drive my truck. I asked my advisor Robert why don’t my air work it worked before he said he didn’t know that it wasn’t working. Whom ever worked on my truck knew they broke it and they put my truck back together. I paid for a compressor unit, sealing ring holder, air spring, new rear harness. To my acknowledge my truck was fixed and ready for pick up again if this truck was driven then u would have seen the fluids pouring from it. Again I live 3 hours away I don’t have time for this . I asked Robert about it on Monday the same day I got it why don’t the air work no response I sent the message again later that week he finally responded back to me. What are yall doing just taking People money??? I’m tired of coming down there and getting no we’re. So what are yall go do about it cause it wasn’t broken when u got it are yall go send for this truck and fix it cause im tired and fed up. My air worked it’s hot xxx he’ll in this ms weather and I ain’t got time for it.

I made a call to the dealership and was lucky enough to speak with Robert Waltz. From the moment we started talking, Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and ready to make a deal. Since the car was Certified Pre-Owned, I had no concerns about the vehicle itself—I just wanted a few grand off the price, and if we could make that happen, we had a deal. Robert made it happen without any hassle, making this one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Having owned many exotic and high-end luxury cars, I can confidently say that Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi ranks among the best dealerships in the country. I received great service and assistance! There team was able to fix a complex issue with my Mercedes. I was treated with respect & professionalism and back on the road within an hour! The service rep Mike R and cashier Grace K turned a tough situation into a great day! It's folks like these that make you glad you bought a Mercedes in the first place.

James Armstrong is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to talk to and work with.....no haggling, no pressure and we were given a great price for our trade-in. Excellent experience purchasing CPO GLE 350. James and Adam were great to work with on a deal we couldn’t turn down. Being new to Mercedes, James patiently walked us through the Mercedes technology to get it set up for my wife.
