Wait time to get seen during the weekday at 12pm was longer than expected even with an appointment. The technician thought this was an oil change so the mechanism to notify me was reset, and now I have to watch for a different percentage to go in for the next one…

Kevin was very professional and easy to work with.
Kevin was very professional and easy to work with. My car was completed at the time they said it would be. From the time I drove in the service area staff was there and responsive. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. Only comment was that the TV and the music playing in there was distracting as they were both the same volume.
