Just purchased a Nissan Rouge and the salesman Matthew Burke went above and beyond my expectations! He was very knowable and polite. He took the time to answer all my questions. I also met Nat ( finance) and Ian (manager) both were also very nice. I would highly recommend Matthew and Rothrock to all my family and friends.

Everyone that I had interaction with, spoke to me with respect. Not a number. That was refreshing. The customer lounge was up-to-date and very clean. This was my first time at Rothrock motors service department, and it left a very good impression

KEVIN was great but the final numbers did not match what...

KEVIN was great but the final numbers did not match what we were shown on the white sheet. Some $280 higher in unexplained costs that we did not discover until we got home. Very upsetting for us.
