While Rothrock had made an attempt to fix the car, it is...

While Rothrock had made an attempt to fix the car, it is still not fixed. When I picked up the car, Patrick never walked to the car to demonstrate the car was fixed. within 2 hours of taking the vehicle home I called Rothrock and left multiple messages requesting another appt. I continued to call for the next several days and left multiple messages. I called Simone’s line, Charlene and patrick’s phone number. To date, I have not received a return call. The current issues with the car are the following: The key fob left with me does not function; The floor carpet is lower after the attempt to fix the car and the flame retardant is visible; The trunk kick plate still doesn’t work; The radio system continues to drop calls and the radio system goes blank. I would appreciate a call from the dealerships owner. Thank you, Christy Hume
