3rd Vehicle Purchased Here

This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from Rothrock. After our first purchase in 2007 when it was time in 2010 for another new car for the family Brendan Kelly was our first contact choice...and here we are again in 2014. Brendan is competent, knowledgable and easy to work-no hard pressure and always able to listen to the requests of me, his customer, to make a great deal. When 2 friends were having a very different experience with another local dealer I recommended Rothrock and they came away satisfied and, oh by the way, with a new vehicle.

Happy Repeat Customer Since 1996

We have purchased 5 cars from Rothrock since 1996. Last night I visited their new facility for routine service on our 2012 Nissan Murano. The new building was very comfortable, clearly designed to improve the customer experience. I worked with Dan Fritzinger, who had been helpful to us in the past. Owner Dean Rothrock also spent considerable time visiting with me. We talked about his plans for the dealership, and some interests that we share. We had first met when we purchased the Murano, a year and a half ago. It was amazing that he remembered details of our original conversation, as if it was yesterday. He made me feel as if I was a real friend. The best assurance of a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction is knowing that people truly care, listen, and do what it takes. We have no doubt that if we ever have a problem, it will be solved. When the time comes to buy another car, we will not even have to think about going anywhere else. We appreciate the quality of our Rothrock cars, and look forward to many more years of working with their great staff.

Very Helpful, patient, and hardworking!

First, I'd like to say that I did not purchase a car from this dealer, but the service was outstanding. I found a car that better suits my payments and price. I walked around the lot in Allentown a few weeks ago and fell in love with a 07 Mazda 3. Doc Hoffer was relaxed and helpful through the whole process. Allowing me to take the car for a test drive and then talking numbers, he also went out of his way to get me approved. The whole experience was very relaxed, unlike some dealerships. I left a deposit on the Mazda 3, which after I called and cancelled was nicely returned to me without a issue. Like I stated before I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership but the overall service up to that point was great! Id recommend that anyone looking for a good salesman checkout Doc at Rothrock.

A Dream Come True.....

I honestly didn't think there was a chance that I could find the car I wanted with the terms I required to remain fiscally responsible. Having purchased a new car at Rothrock 14 years earlier, I decided to take a chance and start a search with them again. All I can say is -- from the moment I walked in the showroom to ask a few questions about leasing, to the moment I drove "Ruby" (my beautiful red 2014 Nissan Sentra!) off the lot, I was listened to...respected...supported and, overall, treated like family. Sales Manager, Blake, was completely available when I walked in to explain how leasing works to me. Based on my financial details, he connected me to Matt Kunsman who tirelessly worked on my behalf to find the right fit. Once I found "Ruby", I was introduced to Tom the leasing manager for Nissan. For what seemed like just a short while, Tom had me approved for the terms I could handle comfortably. As an aside, I will say that I performed due diligence in going to one or two other dealerships for other makes. When I showed them the deal I was getting at Rothrock, they just shook their heads and said they couldn't beat it! What more validation did I need than that!!!? I drove Ruby home last night and I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!! THANK YOU EVERYONE at Rothrock for a painless, seamless, encouraging and joyful experience! You DID make a dream come true for me! You can bet my next car will be from Rothrock also...

New Ram 1500

I been buying new cars and trucks from Rothrock Motors for well over 20yrs. I know Owner Dean Rothrock personally and the staff are excellent I been dealing with Fiance Manager Brian Amill for all of my 20yrs of buy new vehicles. My salesman Doc Hoffer there's nobody like him he goes above and beyond to help the customer. I hope to be buying new vehicles for along time to come.

Excellent new car purchase experience.

It was a pleasure working with Matt. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personably. He was easy going and did his best to get my wife and I a good deal on a new Jeep Cherokee and a good price on my trade in. It was a very good experience. Even though I did shop around and was told by another delayer that they could beat Rothrock's price, we decided to purchase at Rothrock for the reasons listed above. Outstanding service
