I would recommend any searching a vehicle to go and visit...

I would recommend any searching a vehicle to go and visit Rothrock. Your experience begins from the lot of the dealership. I was greated in a professional manner and asked how may I be helped. I went to Rothrock in search of a per-owned reliable vehicle. Not long after entering the office Mr. Baret introduced himself and the search for my vehicle started. Mr. Baret listen and took down information as of to the make, model, and range of car years I was interested in viewing. Mr. Baret was very knowledgeable about the inventory Rothrock have. We tested drive a couple of options presented. Overall, Mr. Baret took his time and was able to presented all the features and more in a vehicle which I was looking for. Mr. Amill also took the time in explaining detail by detail of the documents involved. Both these gentlemen are assets to Rothrock. I will definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new, pre-owned or lease a vehicle to shop at Rothrock. It was a satisifying experience.

Steve always made sure I was satisfied with my purchases both before, during, and after the sale. I have bought quite a few cars from him and I will always come back when the need arises again. Ed Long worked together with Steve on a Used purchase I just made, great car, great price.

Complete satisfaction!! The whole process of buying my new Ram 1500 went smoothly, my salesman Charles was great, Andy and Ron also stepped in to help and came up with a deal I could not refuse! The new Ram is great, lokk forward to working with them again on future purchases.

Found a used car on-line that was everything I was...

Found a used car on-line that was everything I was looking for in a car and emailed the dealer for information. Received a phone call from Jill from Rothrock by the day and made an appointment to go and see the vehicle. Jill was very pleasant and professional. We were greeted warmly by sales person, Kevin Doddy, and our experience with him only got better from that point on. It indicated that it was a certified pre-owned vehicle which was one of the deciding factors in going to Rothrock Motors. We ended up finding out that they had not even had a chance to certify the vehicle and that it would take some time for them to do that. Also we had a vehicle to trade in that basically would have to be towed in. Both Kevin Doddy and Ed Long did everything they could to give us a fair price for a trade in, get the vehicle certified and get the car prepared for us to take home that day. We LOVE the vehicle and truly had a wonderful experience with Rothrock and Kevin Doddy and Ed Long. We will recommend all of them to all of our friends and family.

We were interested in buying a Dodge Durango, and we were...

We were interested in buying a Dodge Durango, and we were treated poorly at three dealerships before we went to Rothrock. Bob Ventrello was our salesman, and he was very helpful in the purchase of the Durango. He was very thorough with explaining the vehicle and answering all our questions. We highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Steve was exceptionally friendly, personable and respectful. My wife and I had an excellent shopping experience with Steve and will come back to him for further vehicle purchases. We will recommend him to our friends and family.

Everyone invovled in the purchase of our new 2012 Nissan...

Everyone invovled in the purchase of our new 2012 Nissan Altima was terrific. Tom & Tony were as friendly and accomodating as can be. Brian was very diligent when preparing the financial part of our deal. We have purchased 7 or 8 vehicles from Rothrock and will continue to do so. We also tell our friends this IS the place to do business. Thank you to everyone.

Tom is one of the more mature sales people, He listens to you and makes suggestions that help you decide on your purchase.. He also lets you take a sales ride where you want to go not the small prescribed route the dealer wants. I really took Tom for a ride. got him totally lost. I had interest in learning more about the various Jeep...

I had interest in learning more about the various Jeep Grand Cherokee models so I stopped at Rothrock and met Bob Ventrello. He took alot of time to show me the various models in detail, including test driving. The Overland Summit was my favorite. Bob had no hesitation letting me take it approx 30min away to my home so my wife could see it. He met her, our dogs, etc. Point being, he was very patient and gave me/us all the time we needed to make a decision. When it came to final pricing and trade-in, they were very competitive. I would not have gotten a better deal elsewhere, I'm sure. They were easy to work with and made the process very comfortable. Business Manager, Brian Amill, was very experienced and prepared as well. Overall, the entire experience was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to buy from them again as well as refer others.
