Brought new car

An excellent experience

Calvin and the team at Hart Nissan got me into beautiful used Altima and gave me great trade in value on my old car. They made the process super easy and delivered the car directly to me at work the next day. I'd certainly recommend this dealer!

Satisfied customer

This is my first Nissan purchase. David Chandler provided an experience that was authentic and relaxed without any pressure to purchase. He presented as caring and mindful of my current and future vehicle needs. Other staff also was friendly. I will recommend to other family and friends.

Awesome Service!

I was able to get in with a short notice.

Paul was very informative in explaining what needed to be done on the maintenance service. Also, made recommendations for the next visit within 3K miles.

Traded and purchased a vehicle

After searching for a Hyundai Elantra for months that was what I wanted in features I finally saw one online at this dealership. Harold set me up with an appointment, Austin showed the car to me and Rod worked out the financing with me. I live an hour from the dealership and I couldn’t take time off of work but everyone stayed as late as I needed them to in order to complete the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

The best

Other than a long process I have to say my experience was WONDERFUL. The staff is great. I thought I was going to leave disappointed but they made it to where I left with a car. Other dealerships wouldn't work with me but these 2 gentlemen made my day. I have been telling others that if you are looking for a car go to Hart Nissan they will do right by you.

There are some nice people that work here, BUT STAY AWAY

Visited the store and found out the store had been bought by Hart. Everyone said it was much better. To be honest I didn't have an issue when I bought the car. Bought a Brand new 43k car. Daryl the salesman was very patient and great to work with. When I bought the car I purchased a wheel and tire warranty. Well I dropped my car off for a oil change, tire rotation, wheel repair (suppose to be warranty) and a recall. Started off bad when they rejected the rim repair(I had never used it) even though I asked very specific questions when I bought it. I was told it was not covered. I then got to whom I was told the Store Manager and was basically told I didn't buy it from Hart it was Sheehy and didn't want to be helpful at all. I push a little harder and he got an attitude with me. But yet they had no issues servicing my vehicle and taking my money for maintenance. A matter a fact the new oil sticker says Sheehy Nissan on it. Hart bought this dealership and assumed it's liabilities. They basically didn't want to help me. Don't forget that these same fools sold me the car, just under a different name, they are the same people working here. It gets better with the experience as they had to ground my vehicle for 7 days for the recall was on the brakes, so I went without my car for 7 days.(They did give me a loaner) I have no issues with Paul the service writer or Daryl the salesman, but upper management shouldn't just tell people to go away without helping them. Car sales is a customer service business. My lease is up soon and I won't be back and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. There is a super nice Toyota dealership right next door that I have either bought or referred over 20 purchased cars from since I was a young teenager and never had a problem. I will be headed back over there.. If you just want to buy a car, maybe this is your place, if you have something odd going on, stay away. I don't know who the guy was that I was told was the store manager, wish I would have gotten his name or card. I saw a commercial that said they are all Hart, I guess this only applies if you want to spend $$ and don't need help.

It was an AWESOME moment on a spectacular purchase

Shaun is your best young salesman that knows his customer needs of vehicle purchases. He has always made sure i get great service and time met my schedule on a purchase. I see Shaun loves his job and loves to support and accomplish his customers needs before his own to a dealship of true satisfaction on a purchase from Hart Nissan. He is truly an invested hard working salesman that cares for customer needs as well as being very knowlegable about the vehicles Hart Nissan sells and lease. This was my best experience ever because of Shaun's expertise on cars and customers he serves
