I am very pleases with my sells man and the dealership over all. the truck is so great and what I wanted. Everyone was nice and easy to ask questions to with answers I understand even so me how to do everything I will need to enjoy my truck

Tony Dana is the man to talk to about a new car or truck.

Tony Dana is the man to talk to about a new car or truck. Tony was the first salesman I talked to about a new truck. I shopped around and dealt with salesmen inside a 100 mile radius from home and ended up right back at his desk. Other dealers had trucks I liked but I got the best deal at Jim Taylor Buick GMC with Tony.

Tony Dana is the man to talk to about a new car or truck. Tony was the first salesman I talked to about a new truck. Parts department

I called the parts department to see if they had the part I needed. They showed that they had one in stock online. The man that answered said right away that he didn't have it. I asked where it went, he said, in an extremely rude tone, "don't know". I said "ok, thanks anyway". I didn't even get a chance to say "bye" before I heard "click". He was rude from the as soon as he picked up the phone. Kind of like he didn't want to be bothered with customers.

i bought a gm certified, pre owned gmc 1500 ext cab sle....

i bought a gm certified, pre owned gmc 1500 ext cab sle. i was not informed until after the papers were signed that the gm certified warranty is void if you finance with anyone but gmac. now i have a truck with a collapsed front spring, and some other lose parts in the front end. i have owned the truck for 5 days, and the guys at cooper say i have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Thats not right, if a vehicle is certified, it should be certified no matter how its paid for. even though i have friends that work at cooper,..i cannot recommend anyone use this dealership.
