I took my car in for repair. Was there for over 4 hours and was told my car was not drivable because another part was needed and was not available at the part stores. The manager said I could not have a car to drive home because I did not buy my vehicle there. I have always been given a car in the past. Will never go there again.

I hit 4 deer this year and my choice for body work is right there too. M&M Body shop are the exact reason i will continue to go back over and over. Over phone said would come down in price. Would not come down after driving over 2 hours and was asking over blue book value. Dumb waste of time! Don't go there!

Bought a new Ford F-150. Asked to speak with Mike as my friends have bought here as well. I was there for 2 hours with a great price and excellent service. I'm from Des Moines and wanted to come to the store because of reference. Very happy with dealer. 30 days later they called and made sure everything was going good. I recommend them to a family member or friend. Mike called to personally thank me for the business.

This dealership took advantage of my elderly parents on a trade-in. They traded in a 2004 Dodge Caravan with 34000 miles in good condition and got $9000 for it And got a 1996 Ford Explorer with 54000 miles for $11000. So they paid $2000 more for the older vehicle. My Dad is 89 and my Mom is 84, they are not internet savy so they didn't have any details going into the dealership. They expected an honest sales person, but they got taken by them. My sister lives 1100 miles away and I live 800 miles away so neither of us could have been there to help them.
