Bought a used car from Ron's Motors today.

Bought a used car from Ron's Motors today. Very professional business men at the store. Very transparent in the entire process of our purchase. We test drove the vehicle and then went through a smooth business process to make our purchase. Very satisfied! Thank you both for your service today!

I bought a car from Ron Motor LLC 3 months ago and my

I bought a car from Ron Motor LLC 3 months ago and my life has been forever changed! Even my relationship with God. I used to not pray, but now I pray every day that the car he sold me will turn on. What a fun layer of mystery to my day! I also pray to god that someone will wreck my vehicle to relieve me from this financial burden ❤️ At the time of sale, I had no idea that the transmission was about to give up. But now after driving it LESS THAN 1000 miles and taking it to three separate auto shops, I have now been told to get rid of it ASAP! Even the people he specifically referred me to refused to touch it because of liability issues & told me it will die at any second. How fun! I love not knowing if I will be able to make it to work on time and potentially be stranded! When I called Sam to let him know about the car I just purchased from him for almost $9000, and has been driven less than 1000 miles since purchase is dying, the only thing he offered me was to find me a cheap mechanic who will replace the transmission for $1000 at my own expense. What a nice guy! Additionally, after asking him about a previous check engine light that had been cleared for the Power Train system & why the vehicle can’t pass an emissions test, he then yelled at me for insinuating he sold me a bad car - and then also gave me a pop quiz asking me if I “even knew what an emissions test is?”. Which I passed, obviously. After all, I am a straight A student. But unfortunately, he will not be helping me with any repair costs. I get it pal - times are tough for everyone! Especially me, who has to now find an additional job while working full time, and being a full time nursing student in order to be able to get a safe car & also pay off the debts of this one. I didn’t like rest or not being in crippling debt anyway! Anyway, thanks Ron Motor for royally screwing me - I mean setting me up with a death trap - I mean selling me a great ride! 10/10.

Dealer response

We are sorry that the used vehicle you purchased from us is giving you issues. Our main goal and concern is customer satisfaction. The vehicle you inquired about, came in and test drove, and you decided to purchase with absolutely no pressure, passed the state inspection the same day as you purchased the vehicle. There was no issues or codes or any warning lights on, at the time of purchase. We also offered you extended warranty options at the time of purchase, and you decided to decline getting any kind of coverage. It’s always the customer’s responsibility to inspect vehicles prior of purchasing, inquire and acquire a warranty since all used vehicles are sold AS-IS unless otherwise discussed and agreed. You took delivery of the vehicle on 02/12/2024 and were absolutely happy, now after 3 months, you expect us to fully refund your money because the vehicle is giving you issues. We tried to help you find a right shop to fix your issue at the lowest cost, just to help, and support, but because we are not offering you to fully pay the repair cost, you are upset which no any other dealer would have done. Best of luck and hope you get your vehicle fixed as soon as possible.
