While I do not put a lot of faith these are actually read, here is my experience. I have no problem with the personnel. Heather, Ashly and Kayla are all top notch and good communicators. I brought my vehicle in last month for engine noise and because I had a power loss on the free-way. I thought the symptoms were related. It turned out that the Fuel-pump needed to be replaced. I though that this would cure the engine noise as well. The noised persisted even after I retrieved my car. I let it go, because sometimes these things just go away, however it has gotten louder in recent days and yesterday, I discovered that my AC is not working. The original work order does say engine noise as part of the repair, but I am not sure this was ever properly explored. Bottom line, no AC and I have not started it up today to see of the noise persists.

I had to be Ann Arbor hospital early afternoon Tuesday
I had to be Ann Arbor hospital early afternoon Tuesday morning. I can't explain what I felt when my wife and I got in our car to start our trip down state, and the car would not start. I called the Dealership and asked if they could replace a battery. They said it could make an appointment for Saturday. I explain that I had to be in Ann Arbor this afternoon for surgery. I was told to get the car in the service ASAP. Got the started , made it to the Dealership, and 30 minutes later was on my way, with a new battery. Not only did I make it to U M hospital, I was 30 minutes early. Thank you for the kind reaction and the fast service.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. Took our 2019 Chevy Traverse because the "Shift to Park" error code was coming up intermittingly and causing us not to trust the car. It is a well known problem, prompting GM to issue a service bulletin and even issue a part specially designed to elevate the issue. After having our car all day, we were called to pick it up and told that the problem couldn't be duplicated hence they could do nothing about it. It was an "intermittent" problem by definition and definitely real. The internet is filled with complaints about it and there is even a site promoting a law suit and calling for a recall. After reading the details, I purchased the part myself and put the GM part that fixes the problem into the car myself in under a half hour. My major compliant is that Serra could have done it and I would have paid for the part and labor. Again, very disappointing. Our experiences when Marsh owned the dealership were very different. This is our fourth Traverse and love the vehicle itself but are looking at replacing the car with a 'non' GM product.
