Our Salesman Issac had a perfect approach. He gave us space to look at vehicles but was on the spot when we wanted to take test drives. He was knowledgeable about all of the features that each vehicle had or didn't have. He was very patient, and let us take our time picking the perfect vehicle for us. Way to go Issac! I called to get an oil change at 9:00. They called back at 9:15, scheduled me for 9:45..I drove away at 10:55. Gregory Abbot was the service advisor. Very nice. He went over everything with me. The video, that was sent to my phone, of the inspection of my car in real time was a pleasant surprise! I had forgotten my oil change coupon at home and they applied to my bill.:-)

It is really refreshing to have caring auto professionals who are clearly interested in meeting my needs and efficiently getting it done.
