Went into dealership for oil change and for them.
Went into dealership for oil change and for them.to see if something was wrong with vehicle.. they charged a fee. Didn't have direct answer, so we left with a 800 number to suburu.. got charged for 4 hours of labor... when nothing was done! for no real answer. Would like to speak with management.. no answers just an idea of what it might be... took over 4 hours. No one communicated the fee or how long it was going to take ... had 2 children.... disappointing across the board....
