First of all let me say that I love Ford products. With that said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Their GM “Gus” is not only a liar, he doesn’t have any of the values which make Ford great. We agreed on a deal for a used car sale and the next day he reneged on it. The salesmen there must hate their lives working for a GM that destroys deals. This dealership does not respect your time, values or even representing Ford Motor Company in a positive manner. The floors in the showroom are filthy, garbage cans around salesmen’s desk are overflowing. I was raised that if you couldn’t do the little stuff correctly how do you do the major things correctly. I asked for the owners phone number and he said he lives overseas. I asked for his Division or Regional Supervisor and he said, “I’ll send it to you!”. FORD MOTOR COMPANY, if you are listening, this dealership needs your help. FORD MOTOR COMPANY built the Sherman Tanks that waged war and helped defeat oppression and death in Europe. FORD MOTOR COMPANY built respirators during the Covid pandemic. Unfortunately now this dealership is only worried about covering their xxxxx and lying to the people of small town northeastern Ohio. Shame on you AM car dealership. I won’t even discredit Ford Motor Company by putting their name by your dealerships name. Very disgruntled and disappointed.

Truly excellent mechanical work and customer service. Bottom line they got my car running again, and were honest and reasonably priced. This repair shop is a good combination of corporate (they have the software for larger repairs, and a driver to pick up customers), and local family courtesy.
