If I could give this scam-ership no stars I would.

If I could give this scam-ership no stars I would. They are absolute thieves and liars to long-time customers. We've been coming to this dealership for years and have spent multiple-thousands of dollars with them. My wife brought the car in for an oil change, and while there, they told her the battery was reading low and needed to be replaced. When the oil change and battery were done, and brought back out of the shop, the center display screen wasn't working anymore. Without even moving the car yet, my wife immediately got out and went back in to speak with Jason, who've we've known and trusted for years, and told him the display isn't working. His reply was "that's weird". He and the tech came out to look and both said it was weird and something must've happened when the battery was changed. This was on a Saturday, they said they're too busy to fix the issue they caused on Monday and Tuesday, and for us to call on Wednesday. The service manager, Lori, called my wife at 4pm on Tuesday to ask what the problem with the car was. My wife explained and then Lori also said that something must've happened when they changed the battery and we'll bring it in and hook it up to see the diag. She said they'll have a loner car to lend and will call on Wednesday to arrange loner pick up and to check the display. After Lori never called, my wife called the following Monday to complain about never getting the call as promised and then Lori finally called on Tuesday of that next week and said my wife "no-showed" to an appt that my wife never got a call for. After a lot of aggravation, we finally managed to schedule to bring the car in yesterday, Monday. My wife dropped it off yesterday, and got a call today from Jason saying that my wife knew the display wasn't working already and they're not responsible for it! This is a complete lie.....one of many in the last 2 days as stories kept changing between employees, including the worst dealership owner I've ever had the extreme displeasure of speaking with over the phone, Scott. After my wife left the dealership, speaking with Jason and Scott, lying to her face, after all the money we've spent over the years, to treat a customer this way was atrocious. My wife called me extremely upset on her way home at which point I called to speak with the unbelievably arrogant Scott who wasn't there at the time of the incident, but somehow is convinced that the display going out, while in the shop- getting a battery replaced and, according to Scott, the display chose that precise moment to go out through "wear and tear". As well, said "even if it did go out in the shop...things can go wrong". He made his position VERY clear that they will not take responsibility for causing the display to go out while in their shop. We argued for a while on the phone and was extremely rude by CONSTANTLY cutting me off mid-sentence, and every time I called his xx with a solid point of common sense, he pivoted to another subject and actually said that the stories everyone was coming up with are "irrelevant", and we're just not going to be responsible for it. Their whole garbage narrative of multiple stories that their excuse for not taking responsibility was "irrelevant". Worst service ever, worst owner- and bafflingly arrogant and stubborn, Scott, also made it very clear that the paying customer doesn't mean anything to him. He was perfectly fine with us not giving them our service any more. He truly doesn't care about doing right by the customer and karma will come for him at this rate. Many other people there were also frustrated with the terrible service and I don't know why anyone would ever go to someplace who intentionally screws over the customer. I don't know how they sleep at night. They clearly don't understand that without customers, they don't have a business. It's US who keeps them afloat. It's US, customers, who pay their salaries. SERVICE MUCH BETTER UNDER RON NORRIS!

This dealership was originally under Ron Norris, and

This dealership was originally under Ron Norris, and we've done business with them for over 30 years. EXCELLENT service when it was under Ron Norris. This dealership is now under Starling Honda and it's like night and day. AVOID purchasing a vehicle from Starling! We had an absolutely HORRIBLE buying experience. Legal paperwork had errors all through it starting with the misspelling of name, also stated that a spoiler was on order when in fact it was two other items on order. Our normal salesperson that we've purchased vehicles from in the past and trusted, turned out to be dishonest. He stated that two items were not put on the car and they were on order. When asked WHEN we could expect them, he couldn't look us in the eye and said after the 4th. Later we found out that the two items are on backorder with no release date. That means it could be weeks to months before we'll be able to have them installed on our car. Starling was more than happy to take our money though! They kept us waiting 2.5 hours AFTER our scheduled appointment time when they could have easily called us and rescheduled. We took the car home, parked it and didn't drive it until 4 days later when we had an error message "Blind Spot Information Problem, see dealer." --- Took it to the service department, they noted the code, drove it and reset it. We left and went to get a bite to eat and when we got into the vehicle it happened again. 2nd trip to the dealer within the same day...now they are going to order a part for a BRAND NEW CAR! We are keeping track of problems in case we need to invoke the Lemon Law. NOT a good buying experience at all!!! Dave Thornton (? on last name) offered only excuses when it came to the mispelling of the middle name. This is the LAST car that we will ever purchase from Starling and possibly the last Honda that we'll every purchase.

Extremely poor customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. The lady who check you in for service needs to be gone. She was rude and she must hate her job and her customer. She either needs training on customer service or she needs to be fired. I took AutoNation Honda for granted as they always clean your car when you bring them in. Not Starling Honda, they gave you the look like you're from another planet asking to have car wash when the service is done. I'm not surprised I was the only customer they have on Monday. People don't just walk in any dealer and buy a car. They will buy a car from a dealer they like who treat them nice. So now, I really don't mind driving an hour to return to AutoNation Honda for service.

Norris Honda Titusville

ed..." I love Ron Norris Honda in Titusville. Jim Wood greeted me like a long lost friend. He showed me the vehicle I could afford, just being honest, and somehow accepted my beat up 2015 Civic for a beautiful 2020 Civic. My new payments were virtually the same as my previous payments. Then he showed me things that the other dealership failed to explain to me. If you’re on the fence about buying a new vehicle, go stop by Norris Honda in Titusville, it will worth your while.

I went for oil change and tire rotation..Now my steering vibrates severely. I'm from out-of-state and cannot go back to fix this issue. Maybe the technician should test drive a vehicle to check for this.. At minimum they could rotate tires back. Staff was friendly and professional
