What stood out to me most was how approachable and easy she was to talk to. She broke everything down in a way that was clear, without any pressure or confusion, and kept things moving smoothly. I complained about unneeded parts replaced after only

I complained about unneeded parts replaced after only 4200 miles. I was promised a refund for the air filter & brake fluid. Over two weeks have passed and no credit shown on my Discover account. Explain please!
