Never take your car to this place they are thieves car
Never take your car to this place they are thieves car would go into limp mode 1st they said it was the catalytic converter 1500$ did not fix it next they said it was the fuel pump 1400$ still did not fix it said there was nothing they could do took it to a another shop it was a high pressure fuel sensor it was still 750$ but never take a car here you will be sorry they take no responsibility for there work don't care about anything but taking your money

Worst customer service experience.
Worst customer service experience. Drove from out-of-state to test drive a car. Check on the availability right before leaving. When I got to the dealership I was told it was in the shop due to issues found the night before during a test drive. This would have been nice to know. I got a half-hearted apology. The sales rep I was there to meet never came out or contacted me. I was told they would call me when it got out of the shop. That was four weeks ago. No call. No email. No contact at all. The car is still available for sale on their website and cars.com. I would expect this from a car lot but not a dealership. I have reported them to Kia. I doubt anything will happen but it makes me feel I have done my part.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever...
By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have been waiting for 2 months on my title and they will not return my calls nor will the manager speak with me. They sent me a new paper tag (after the original 30 day tag they gave me was out) and now it is almost out and hmm still no title. Pathetic and unprofessional.

I’ve sold a used vehicle I have bought from them, and...
I’ve sold a used vehicle I have bought from them, and have done all to cancel my warranty contract with them. They not only hang up on me when I call and ask to speak to a fiancé manager, but seem to be incompetent at even transferring phone calls. It has been weeks now with no answers or any help after the purchase. They will also hold your money in hopes of you giving up. This place is just as shady as it was 4 years ago and they have not changed. They throw on a great facade, but that is all that Big Red Kia has to offer a customer is a facade, a lack of service, and a lack of respect for the customer. I would not only take my business elsewhere I would not waste a dime with this company. All Big Red Kia is out to do is screw you over. Now where the xxxx is my money! Ryan the finance manager hung up on me cause he can’t do his job right and thinks lying is okay. When called out on that he said we’re done and hung up on me. I didn’t even cuss at him. Maybe you should get someone with some real stones to do your finance. I’m now waiting on hold with what I assume they call a receptionist. We are now 35 minutes in with nothing. Last I called was 2 weeks ago and I was told someone would call me back. 2 weeks later no one has made an attempt to contact me. Ryan now has told me it’s 10-12 weeks. So what’s is it, is it 4-6 weeks or 10-12 weeks? Why hang up when you get called out on it? Sounds like you need a new profession green pea. Now I’m still holding for a manager we are now 40 minutes in. I hope this helps show you how Big Red Kia does business. I will be sure to let the BBB, Facebook, Google, xxxx I might even make a Yelp at this point just for Big Red Kia. So, finally got a floor manager to pick up that phone! I guess when you have people like Ryan and if your finance department sucks you gotta get the sales managers to try and help, anyhow the sales manager let me know he would look into it. I will happily update the review once complete. Granted they fed me that grass 2 weeks ago and never called me back. Gotta be the biggest joke of a business in the car industry.

Lying, Cheating, swindling xxxxxxxx! Probably a good reason the owners have all been indicted for fraud! You'll also find that on google! I drove all the way down here because they dropped the price on a Kia K5. They told me how great the car was. I got there and it had at least $6,000 in hail damage. They dropped the price down to what Lawton Kia was selling a brand new K5 for with no hail damage. These cars had been totaled by the insurance agency and the dealership bought them back for a fraction of the price and were trying to sell them for full value. Not a single mention of hail damage on the website or during my phone call.

I would highly suggest you do not buy a car from big red Kia On March 16, 2021 We went in an got fully approved for a 2021 Kia Sorento we had a go signer with excellent credit signed papers everything was great. They called us 2 days later to sign “electronical papers” so we went in and signed those everything was just great paid 2,500 down with NO TRADE. April 16th comes around and still no title in the mail so we went up there and they said well the bank wants your trade. We said we didn’t trade anything in we put 2,500 down after arguing for an hour they finally said We got it figured out your title will be in the mail no worries. They gave us new paper tag. 2 weeks later 45 days after buying this car they call and say we need your trade for financing. HERE WE GO AGAIN. SHADY. Terrible buisness So after all of the they rolled the deal back and now we are left without a vehicle and have no co-signer now. THIS PLACE IS SHADY. They told us and I quote “we do this all the time”
