On 6/10/2023 I took my car for a routine oil change at
On 6/10/2023 I took my car for a routine oil change at quick lane in El Centro. When received the car I noticed two black stains on the seat, I also noticed they had rotated the tires even after I requested for them not to do it, I decided to let it go and leave. When I drove off, I realized one of the tires was completely loose. I went back and asked if they could take the car back in the shop lift the car and secure the tire properly. I had to practically beg them to do it the right way. After asking multiple times for them to re-torque all of the tires so I could be sure they were all secure correctly, the technician Robert, started yelling at me as if I was being unreasonable with my request. There is video and pictures showing the loose wheel. My pregnant wife of 7 months and my 3-year-old son were supposed to pick up that car. She would likely not have noticed the loose wheel and potentially could have been seriously hurt, or worse. Today I spoke with Dave the main manger, all I received was an I am sorry. No offer to clean my seats or fix the rotation that I asked them not to do. He did however offer for me to go spend my money at one of the other quick lanes. Dave also told me he was aware of the incident since the day it happened. Dave could have reached out to me but did not, I was the one that had to make the effort reach out and go speak with him. For the record, I did not ask for anything either. I am sharing this to show the little accountability that they have for their mistakes and property damage.

If I ever trade my cars in for other Fords I always get a reasonable offer probably because all of my Fords and Lincoln’s are only serviced at El Centro Motors where active maintenance records are maintained
