We went to Tom Denchel with a specific car in mind. When we got there it was in the detail shop. However they got the car for us to let us test drive, helped us finance which was HUGE for us, and were kind and helpful the entire way through. It was my first car I’ve bought myself, and they made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I worked with Ruben who was very knowledgeable, and worked with me to get me an affordable price on my car. While we waited for paperwork he sat and talked with us. He was very attentive and professional. Then when we picked up the car, they were very flexible with getting the paperwork done and picked up. They were awesome and I would recommend to anyone!

I've been buying vehicles at Tom denchel for quite a number of years and they do my service also I particularly like that they wash my vehicles when they service them they are very accommodating and try their best to make everything just like you like to have it

Work was performed nicely. The ac blower motor no longer works which is disappointing. This is not related to the repair that was done but the ac was left on max by the person who parked the car and when I started the car and I think it blew a relay or something in the blower circuit.

Everyone from the salesman Todd to the finance staff and the parts dept bent over backwards to help trough the process and answer any and all questions, and performing what needed to be done, as well as satisfying my worries about going to a short be for my needs. They were all very professional and straightforward with their answers and followed through with exactly what they said they were going to do. This was the first vehicle buying experience that I did not feel like I was having one put over on me. Everything was done as agreed to without a hassle per the agreement of the deal. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership with my last truck buying experience.
