Blatantly lied to re truck we had made an appointment to
Blatantly lied to re truck we had made an appointment to see and likely buy. Appointment confirmed 3 diff times and then after driving for an hour to Prosser were told another sales person had sold it, and then wanted us to look at others (not even a truck). We found out later this particular truck (Ford maverick) was not available anywhere and they are having to be ordered directly from the company, which we did and will be available in 2-6 months. How you can run a business like this is beyond me. I would think you’d care more about your reputation. Be rest assured ed we have told many friends and family of your lies and tx of customers. Also this dealership refused to call and speak with me directly after multiple asks. Shame on you!

The service performed on my vehicle was great--exactly what I asked for. The pickup of my vehicle was a challenge. It took upwards of 20-25 minutes, four different people to help, and seemed to center on not being able to find my keys.

Changed fluids as requested I think.
Changed fluids as requested I think. Engine light came back on right after picking car up. Instead of offering to try again to find out why light was on for no additional charge, he referred me to Autozone to have them put it on scope for free to see what they should have found.
