Bought the only brand new car they had on the lot. Got home it had some scratches on the hood. Brought it back for them to buff the scratches out and they give it back to me with all the dust from where they buffed it out on it. Was already annoyed that when we got it they only filled it up 3/4 of the way and then I had to drive back from Royse City to have them buff the scratches and they gave it back dusty. SMH. Have 2 20 something’s that will probably be buying cars soon won’t be from Rusty!

They were prompt and courteous. There was very little waiting to get checked in. Once checked in they followed up with service to be done. They completed the work and we were out and on the Road.
